RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Is it possible to return/exchange my Ah! Jewellery products? 

Ah! Jewellery are happy to exchange/accept a return of items purchased according to the following return/exchange policy:

 

Return/exchange of Ah! Jewellery items purchased from our store (please see exceptions below):

 

If an item was purchased in store, you will need to visit the store in order to receive a refund. 

A valid proof of purchase must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be new/unworn condition. 

An exchange without a receipt would be carried out at our discretion.

 

Return/exchange of Ah! Jewellery items purchased online (please see exceptions below):

 

For items purchased online, before returning (an) item(s) please contact us via the channel through which the purchase was made to arrange a return according to our policy to ensure a safe return which can accurately be tracked.

A valid proof of purchase must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be new/unworn condition. 

Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price. 

 

Return/exchange of Ah! Jewellery items purchased with a gift card (please see exceptions below):

 

Ah! Jewellery will accept return or exchange of jewellery purchased using a gift card. A valid proof of purchase must be presented within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. The amount refunded will be put back on to a gift card.

If there is a difference in the amount between (an) item(s) being exchanged and the item(s)  exchanged for, we will contact you in order to charge the difference before we are able process the exchange order.

 

Exceptions and Exclusions:

 

SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED: pierced earrings including earring pendants (for reasons of hygiene and safety), special orders, watches, custom designed merchandise, layaway orders, soldered rings, merchandise with special engraving or inscription(s) upon request, backings and replacement backings.

If the purchased jewellery has been resized, altered, damaged, or used, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Other policy points to consider:

  1. Please include all original packaging and contents including any documents received along with the order, such as the  Appraisal Certificates and Certificate of Authenticity. If these item(s) are not included in the return packaging, a £100 replacement certificate fee is reduced from the return amount.
  2. If you have received any free gift(s) along with your purchase, please include the free gift(s) with the return for a full refund. If you would like to keep the free gift(s) but not the purchased item, you will be charged the retail value of the free gift(s).
  3. Once we receive the return in our office, typically within 2 business days, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business day(s) after receipt and verification of the return. Please note it may take 2 - 7 business days for the refund to appear with your financial institution based on their processing times (estimates exclude weekends and holidays).
  4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended to insure return packages. Any applicable duties and taxes for returns are non-refundable and are deducted from any refunded amount. Ah! Jewellery is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. 
  5. Refunds will be processed to the same mode of payment or credit card used upon purchase.
  6. Layaway orders are excluded from the standard return policy and qualify for free exchanges only.
  7. Limited to 3 free returns or exchanges annually.
